The Role

• Support the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives across key practice areas

• Work closely with senior stakeholders on pitches, proposals, and client development activity

• Prepare high-quality marketing materials, credentials, and presentations

• Assist with market research, client targeting, and competitor analysis

• Support profile-raising activities, events, and campaigns

• Track and report on BD activity and performance metrics

• Collaborate with wider marketing and communications teams as required

The Person

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing or Business Development role

• Experience within professional services or a similar environment is highly desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Commercially aware with strong organisational and project management abilities

• Confident working with senior stakeholders

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
