Management Accountant

We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation based in Mid Ulster, who are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their finance team.

The Role:

As Management Accountant, you will:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide commercial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
• Monitor costings, margins and manufacturing performance metrics
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial controls and efficiencies
• Support year-end processes and liaise with external auditors
• Develop reporting systems to enhance financial visibility across the business

This Management Accountant position will suit someone who enjoys working closely with the wider business and influencing performance through accurate and timely financial insight.

The Person:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or part-qualified with relevant experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment desirable
• Strong management accounts preparation experience
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly
• Proactive, self-motivated and confident working independently
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
