The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on automated production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with health & safety standards

The Person

• Time-served or qualified Maintenance Fitter
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Some electrical ability desirable but not essential
• A team-focused, reliable and safety-conscious approach
• Comfortable working in a structured, high-standard production setting
