We are hiring for our client, one of Irelands most recognised and well-established food brands, to fill a Maintenance Fitter role. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a top-tier company, supporting the maintenance and repair of key production equipment while contributing to a thriving and respected organisation.

The Role:

• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation of production machinery
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and breakdowns promptly
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

The Person:

• Recognised mechanical trade qualification (apprenticeship or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance role
• Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
