The Role:
• Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across the production site
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to ensure minimal downtime
• Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to efficiency upgrades
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

The Person:
• Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• Experience in maintenance engineering within FMCG, manufacturing, or similar fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults quickly
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Flexibility to work shift patterns
