The Role:

• Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across production lines
• Diagnose and repair equipment faults, ensuring minimal downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and planned maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet output targets
• Maintain compliance with health and safety and quality standards

The Person:

• Third-level qualification in Engineering (essential)
• Industrial/factory maintenance experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Strong electrical fault-finding and cross-skilling capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Flexible approach to working shifts and supporting operational needs
