The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment within the factory.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently to maintain operational productivity.
• Supporting production teams with equipment optimization and reliability.
• Adapting to occasional business needs with a flexible approach to working hours.

The Person:
We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has previous experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a factory setting.
• Holds a relevant engineering qualification (essential).
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of a fast-paced production environment.
