We are hiring for our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation, who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their site-based engineering team. This Maintenance Electrician role is a permanent, dayshift position (Monday to Friday) offering long-term stability, excellent rewards and the opportunity to work in a well-maintained, safety-focused environment.

The successful Maintenance Electrician will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across electrical systems and equipment.

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production and site facilities
• Diagnose and fault-find electrical issues to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with mechanical and operational teams

The Person

• Qualified electrician with proven experience in a maintenance or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently within a structured maintenance schedule
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, proactive and committed to high standards of workmanship
