Litigation Solicitor 

We are currently working with a leading Dublin law firm on an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor (1–5 years’ PQE) to join a highly regarded Public, Regulatory & Investigations team.

This role offers exposure to complex, sensitive and high-profile matters, with a strong focus on investigations, healthcare and personal injuries litigation. The team is well known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence and high-quality work across regulated and public-facing sectors.

The Role

• Working closely with a Partner and Senior Associate on a varied and intellectually engaging caseload

• Advising a broad client base, including charitable and regulated organisations

• Exposure to:

  • Complex litigation and investigations

  • Healthcare and personal injuries matters

  • Inquiries and restorative justice processes

  • Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

  • Information law, including data protection, confidentiality and privilege

  • Matters involving media and reputational sensitivity

• Significant client contact, alongside engagement with counsel, experts and the courts

• Strong scope for advisory and non-contentious work alongside litigation

The Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE

• Solid grounding in litigation procedures and practice

• Experience attending court, mediations and settlement discussions

• Strong legal research and drafting skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Confident managing competing priorities and progressing matters proactively

• A collaborative team player with strong client service instincts
