The Opportunity

Hunter Savage is delighted to be recruiting a Litigation Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) for a well-regarded law firm with a strong litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy disputes team working across complex commercial, property, banking, insolvency, and professional negligence litigation.

The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work, partner mentoring, and a genuine opportunity for progression.

The Role

Working with experienced litigators across Dublin and Wicklow, you will gain exposure to:

• Commercial and contractual disputes

• Banking and financial services litigation

• Professional negligence claims

• Property and real estate litigation, including landlord & tenant, title, and development disputes

• Insolvency, restructuring, and enforcement matters

You will manage your own files while also assisting partners on larger, complex disputes.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years PQE 

• Background in litigation with some exposure to commercial, banking, property, or insolvency disputes 

• Strong drafting, advisory, and client skills

• Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to progress
