This role provides an excellent opportunity to support solicitors on a variety of civil litigation matters within a busy and professional environment.

The Role

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation team
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documentation
• Manage diaries, meetings, and court deadlines
• Assist with preparing court bundles and documentation for hearings
• Maintain and update case files and records
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and court offices professionally
• Support billing, time recording, and general office administration

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
• Excellent typing, document formatting, and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
