The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
  • Draft, format, and prepare legal correspondence and documents
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting room bookings
  • Handle post, scanning, filing, and document management
  • Maintain an organised and professional reception area
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operations

The Person

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Receptionist, or Administrator within a professional environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
