The Role

• Deliver high-quality administrative support to senior partners and fee earners
• Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support day-to-day operations and wider team initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion

The Person

• 2+ years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy legal environment
• Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent document production, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
