The Role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to multiple teams
- Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence
- Prepare documents, reports, and client-facing communications
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with billing, reporting, and general office administration
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external contacts professionally
- Support ad hoc projects and office initiatives as required
The Person:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable
The Rewards:
- £28,000-£32,000
- 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
