The Role

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

• Handle dictation, manage diaries, and organise meetings

• Assist with case management, file handling, and billing processes

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders

The Person

• 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation is essential

• Strong typing, formatting, and document management skills

• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work effectively in a busy on-site environment
