The Role:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners across a range of legal practice areas
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files with high accuracy
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange court dates as required
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner
• Undertake audio typing and dictation as required

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a law firm environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and audio typing desirable
