The Role:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners and solicitors
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
• Manage diary scheduling, court dates, and client appointments
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and case files
• Support billing and document management processes
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards

The Person:

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary (essential)
• Strong knowledge of legal processes, terminology, and documentation
• Excellent typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a busy office environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
