The Role

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Banking & Finance team

• Prepare, draft, and format legal documents, correspondence, and transaction materials

• Manage dictation, diary management, and meeting coordination

• Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal teams professionally and efficiently

• Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation

• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a busy law firm is essential

• Experience in Banking & Finance law or a similar commercial practice area is desirable

• Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills

• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Professional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
