The Role

• Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to senior fee earners

• Manage complex calendars, organise meetings, and liaise with clients and colleagues

• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence

• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips

• Assist with billing, time management, and other general office duties

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, preferably in Litigation, Property, or Corporate law

• Strong document production, typing, and organisational skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage a busy workload

• Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proactive attitude with excellent time management skills
