The Role

• Provide comprehensive PA support to senior fee earners within the Banking team

• Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

• Draft, format, and proofread banking-related legal documents and correspondence

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders

• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration

• Coordinate and manage documentation related to banking transactions

• Maintain organised files and ensure effective case management

The Person

• 4+ years of experience as a Legal PA in a banking, finance, or corporate environment

• Strong knowledge of banking law and transactional processes

• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and senior stakeholders

• Proactive, professional, and adaptable to the needs of a busy team
