The Role

• Provide full legal executive support in debt recovery and enforcement matters

• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and correspondence

• Manage case files, court filings, and documentation for enforcement actions

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders

• Assist with diary management, billing, and general administrative duties

The Person

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Executive, specifically in debt recovery and enforcement

• Strong understanding of legal processes in debt recovery and enforcement

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Professional communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, busy legal environment
