Legal Executive - Property

We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established law firm in Cork, who are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong conveyancing experience to join a supportive and fast-paced legal environment, working on a broad range of residential and commercial property matters.

The Role

• Support solicitors on a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and property-related legal documentation
• Manage conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties throughout transactions
• Assist with completions and post-completion matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Executive within a Property or Conveyancing team
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
