The Role

• Support the Property team on a range of residential and commercial transactions
• Prepare and review legal documentation including contracts, leases, and conveyancing materials
• Assist with title checks, due diligence, and document management
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organised and up to date
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
• Assist with completion and post-completion matters
• Provide general support across the team as required

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Executive within Property or Real Estate law
• Strong understanding of conveyancing and property transactions
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
