The Role

• Provide litigation support within the Healthcare team, assisting with case management and documentation

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and court filings

• Assist with legal research, summarising case law, and preparing reports

• Maintain case files, ensure proper document organisation, and manage client records

• Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression

• Manage deadlines, track billing, and assist with time recording

• Support the team with general administrative and case management duties

The Person

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Executive in a busy law firm, preferably in litigation

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management

• Excellent drafting, organisational, and time management skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
