The Role:
As Legal Counsel, you will:

• Provide legal advice and support on funds and financial regulatory matters.
• Draft and review fund documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Ireland and the UK.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external counsel on legal matters.
• Support the organisation in managing legal risk and delivering strategic objectives.

The Person:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

• 3–6 years’ PQE as a Funds or Financial Regulation Solicitor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK funds regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work within a fast-paced environment.
