The Role:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Legal Team on a variety of projects.
• Assist with legal documentation, governance papers, agendas, and accurate minute-taking.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and co-ordinate team priorities.
• Monitor and report on legal spend and time allocation.
• Maintain records management systems and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to gather information and respond to legal queries.
• Prepare written responses and support communications, templates, and updates.

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar professional support role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
• Proficient in MS Office and legal case management systems
