The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Support solicitors with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
• Assist with compliance checks
• Handle reception duties, welcoming clients and maintaining a professional office environment
• Maintain and update case files, both digital and hard copy
• Support billing, time recording, and other office processes
• Undertake ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required

The Person

• Previous experience in a Legal Administrator or Legal Receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
