We are hiring a Legal Administrator/Receptionist to join our client’s Belfast office. This role combines front-of-house reception duties with essential administrative and legal support. The Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Provide administrative support to legal teams, including document preparation and filing
- Maintain accurate records and case files
- Assist with diary management, meetings, and appointments
- Support ad hoc office and team projects as required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of reception and administrative functions
The Person:
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or legal support
