The Role

• Typing letters, affidavits, and other legal correspondence

• Handling dictation from court and formatting legal documents

• Assisting with general office administration and file management

• Supporting solicitors across a range of general practice matters

• Ensuring documents are accurate, formatted, and delivered on time

The Person

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in a general practice firm

• Strong typing and formatting skills

• Ability to manage dictation accurately and efficiently

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail

• Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach
