The Role

  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team

  • Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence

  • Assist with case management, file maintenance, and document organisation

  • Handle diary management, meeting scheduling, and client communications

  • Perform data entry and update case management systems

  • Support the legal team with general office administration

 

The Person

  • Previous experience in an legal support role, preferably within Property

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a busy workload

  • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality
