The Role

• Provide paralegal support on a range of intellectual property matters

• Manage and maintain trademark and patent portfolios and databases

• Assist with the filing and prosecution of IP applications and renewals

• Conduct IP searches, prepare reports, and liaise with external counsel and clients

• Support the wider IP team with case management, document preparation, and administrative duties

The Person

• Experience working as a Paralegal within intellectual property or trademarks

• Strong understanding of IP processes and procedures

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment

• Team player with a proactive and professional approach
