The Role:

• Support and challenge established risk management practices across the company.
• Lead the maintenance and development of risk registers and management documentation.
• Develop and manage the Risk Monitoring Plan to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide strategic risk management reports to senior leadership and the board.

The Person:

• Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Over five years of experience in Risk Management within insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a positive risk culture.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development and stakeholder engagement.
