The Role:
• Advise clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum, citizenship, and employment permits
• Represent clients in immigration-related applications and appeals
• Draft legal documents and provide practical, solution-focused advice
• Keep up to date with evolving immigration legislation and case law
• Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to deliver excellent service and outcomes for clients

The Person:
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Previous experience in immigration law (private or corporate) preferred
• Strong advocacy and client advisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal issues with empathy and accuracy
