Location: Dungannon
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed-Term
Our well established, multi-stie Client in the Dungannon area are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Officer to join a dynamic, collaborative HR team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, and with the proposed company growth and expansion, the role is very busy and offers fantastic exposure and future prospects.
The successful HR Officer will lead the full recruitment cycle, ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, while supporting complex employee relations processes and a range of other HR functions across the business.
The Role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job analysis to onboarding
- Attract and retain top talent, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment law
- Attend careers events and liaise with marketing on recruitment branding
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding, HR queries, training initiatives, and employee relations
- Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
- Promote equality, diversity, and a positive workplace culture
The Person:
- CIPD qualified, part-qualified, or working towards is desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience, ideally with a recruitment focus
- Skilled with online recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Solid experience of managing employee relations issues
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Full clean drivers license and ability to travel between sites when required
