HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor

Location: Monaghan

We are hiring for our client, a rapidly expanding market leader in Monaghan.  As the business enters a new phase of growth, they are seeking a confident and proactive HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor to lead core HR activity and drive employee engagement across the organisation.

The Role:

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law (NI/ROI)
  • Manage employee relations cases – disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance
  • Lead and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll & benefits administration
  • Oversee HR systems and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support wellbeing programmes
  • Support learning, development, and performance management activities
  • Manage absence monitoring and exit processes
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, company policies, and employment legislation

 

The Person:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) – essential
  • Solid generalist HR experience including ER casework
  • Up-to-date knowledge of NI/ROI employment legislation
  • Experience working in a growing or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and highly organised
  • Discreet and able to manage sensitive information with integrity
  • Comfortable building relationships at all levels of the organisation
