HR Business Partner (new, permanent exclusive opportunity)

We are exclusively hiring for our client, a leading manufacturer, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Belfast site. This is a permanent, full-time, site-based role offering a fantastic opportunity to influence culture, engagement and development across a busy production site.

The Role:
- Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations and attendance matters
- Drive positive employee engagement and internal communications
- Support and coach line managers, including delivery of training and inductions
- Partner with shop stewards and uphold strong union relationships
- Maintain SuccessFactors HR system and support general HR admin
- Lead training needs analysis and site-wide development planning
- Champion wellbeing, health & safety and Dignity & Diversity programmes
- Support wider change initiatives and act as cover for the HR Manager
The Person:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Confident in prioritising workload and managing a varied HR remit
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
