We are exclusively hiring for our client, a leading manufacturer, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Belfast site. This is a permanent, full-time, site-based role offering a fantastic opportunity to influence culture, engagement and development across a busy production site.

The Role:

  • Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations and attendance matters
  • Drive positive employee engagement and internal communications
  • Support and coach line managers, including delivery of training and inductions
  • Partner with shop stewards and uphold strong union relationships
  • Maintain SuccessFactors HR system and support general HR admin
  • Lead training needs analysis and site-wide development planning
  • Champion wellbeing, health & safety and Dignity & Diversity programmes
  • Support wider change initiatives and act as cover for the HR Manager

 

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Confident in prioritising workload and managing a varied HR remit
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
