We are hiring an HR Advisor for our client, a growing organisation with operations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced HR team, and an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and fast-paced environment, providing expert HR support across multiple business units.

This is a perfect role for an HR professional who enjoys managing ER matters while also contributing to organisational development and culture initiatives.

The Role:

• Advise managers on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances, capability and organisational change
• Manage complex HR cases and support workforce planning
• Deliver recruitment and onboarding across multiple sites
• Analyse HR metrics and produce insights for leadership
• Support engagement, wellbeing and organisational development initiatives

The Person:

• Degree qualified in HRM or related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Experience advising managers on employee relations issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
