We are exclusively partnering with our impressive, well respected, market leading client, a progressive organisation in the manufacturing sector, to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their People team.

This is an exciting, brand new, opportunity for a proactive HR professional to deliver high-quality generalist HR support while contributing to key people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organisational culture.

The Role:

• Provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR projects
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, offers, and onboarding
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate reporting and data management
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
• Support employee relations matters including investigations and case management
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track development outcomes
• Contribute to training and development initiatives across the organisation
• Assist with the review and development of HR policies and procedures
• Produce monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
• Support wider HR initiatives including System implementations, GDPR compliance, diversity and inclusion, ESG etc
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention

The Person:

• CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
• 2–3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation
• Experience managing recruitment campaigns and training initiatives
• Confident handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
