We are hiring for our client, a rapidly growing commercial law firm in Dublin, who are seeking a Healthcare Solicitor (3–7 PQE) to join their expanding team. This is a key growth area for the firm, and with a strong pipeline of new work, there is significant opportunity to step into a diverse and evolving role.

The position offers an exciting mix of healthcare advisory, regulatory and litigation work, with clients across both public and private healthcare. This is a supportive, collaborative team with a great culture and real headroom for progression.

The Role:

• Advise healthcare providers and organisations on regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk

• Assist with fitness to practise matters, inquests, disciplinary processes, and statutory obligations

• Manage or support litigation and defence of clinical or professional claims

• Liaise with clients, counsel, expert witnesses and regulatory bodies

• Help shape team systems, training, and workflow as the team continues to grow

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–7 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in healthcare law, regulatory, medical negligence, or related litigation

• Strong drafting, advisory and case management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

• Strong communicator, team-focused, and eager to help build a growing practice

• A commercial approach and genuine interest in healthcare law
