The Role:

• Lead the development and execution of the global marketing strategy, aligning with commercial growth objectives
• Champion brand identity and consistency across all customer and market touchpoints
• Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and global campaigns to build brand equity and generate high-quality leads
• Collaborate closely with business development and delivery teams to embed marketing as a strategic growth driver
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international team across brand, content, digital, and communications
• Represent marketing at leadership level, influencing business-wide strategy and decision-making
• Oversee marketing performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure clear ROI and alignment with business goals

The Person:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing leadership, including at least 2 at senior/global level
• Proven success delivering high-profile B2B campaigns and events
• Experience managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams across multiple markets
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a measurable impact
  
• Happy to travel locally to different sites weekly
