An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Head Of Compliance to lead regulatory compliance initiatives within a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional team.

The Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
  • Develop and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the key contact for regulatory bodies, managing all compliance-related communications and strategies.
  • Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

 

The Person:

  • Must hold a relevant third-level qualification or professional certification in Compliance.
  • Requires extensive experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector, preferably with brokerage experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks, particularly AML/CTF & GDPR.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
