An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated General / Operations Manager to join a leading engineering company based in Coleraine, Co. Derry. This is a key management role within a growing company that specializes in Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, and bespoke product design for various industries including transportation, construction, energy, and waste management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing production, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure the smooth execution of projects, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive cost reductions.
- Project Management: Coordinate resources, ensure timely delivery of products, and manage budgets and schedules for bespoke projects.

- Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a small to medium-sized engineering firm.
