We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded Dublin-based law firm, seeking a Funds Associate Solicitor to join their growing Investment Funds team. This role offers the chance to work on complex fund structures, investment vehicles, and regulatory matters, providing exposure to both domestic and international clients.

You’ll join a collaborative team with extensive experience in investment funds, giving you the opportunity to develop your expertise across private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investment structures.

The Role:

• Provide legal advice on fund formation, structuring, and ongoing fund management.

• Assist on investment documentation, regulatory compliance, and fund governance matters.

• Draft and review subscription agreements, limited partnership agreements, and related fund documents.

• Work alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions.

• Support business development and client relationship management initiatives.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years PQE, ideally with exposure to investment funds or corporate finance.

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively within a collaborative team.

• Experience with both domestic and international clients is desirable.
