The Role:
• Lead and manage consulting projects focused on operational transformation, cost optimization, and process redesign in the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors
• Work directly with senior executives, providing strategic advice on improving productivity, reducing costs, and streamlining operations
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and develop tailored recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to implement solutions and drive change
• Support international projects, often working alongside global teams on cross-border initiatives in regions such as the US, UK, Canada, Middle East, and Switzerland
• Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and advisor for operational and strategic initiatives
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

The Person:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial services consulting or advisory role, with a focus on banking, insurance, or fintech
• Strong experience leading operational transformation projects, including cost reduction, process redesign, and efficiency improvement
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in retail banking, commercial banking, investment banking, insurance, reinsurance, payments, or fintech
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, both locally and internationally
• Experience with operational excellence frameworks, lean methodologies, and automation tools is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of cross-border projects
