The Person:

• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in a relevant mechanical discipline (essential)

• Proven experience in a mechanical fitting role within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Ability to work effectively across rotating shifts (days, evenings, and nights)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to work
