Financial Services Administrator
We are hiring for a well-established IFA firm, seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to join their collaborative team, supporting financial advisers and clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The Role:
- Support financial advisers and paraplanners with client servicing and administration
- Communicate with clients to request information and provide updates on services
- Process new business and client servicing transactions via provider systems
- Prepare annual review packs and manage ongoing service requests
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office and provider platforms
- Liaise with providers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to team meetings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and firm quality standards
The Person – What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting financial advisers in an IFA environment
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of financial products: pensions, ISAs, bonds, protection, GIAs, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- High level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and provider platforms
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
