We are hiring for an established and respected financial services firm in Newry, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide essential support to the financial advisers and support team. The Role
• Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisers and support team
• Assist with client enquiries and build lasting relationships to enhance the service
• Process new business applications for pensions, investments, life insurance, and mortgages
• Assist with the annual renewal of corporate protection and group pension schemes
• Ensure compliance paperwork is complete and accurate
• Manage new business cycle, liaise with product providers and clients to ensure completion
• Maintain accurate client records
• Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings
• Support client reviews, updating files and arranging meetings for advisers
The Person – What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a financial services administration role is desirable, or 5 years in banking/financial services
• Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of pensions, investments, life insurance, and mortgages is a bonus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidentiality and compliance focused, with a proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the financial services sector
