The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading all financial operations, delivering insightful analysis, and playing a key role in driving business growth. The Role:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations including month-end close, reporting, and compliance
• Manage and develop a team of 3 finance staff
• Business partner with senior stakeholders across departments to support strategic initiatives
• Deliver meaningful financial insights and performance reporting to support decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and financial control
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements

The Person:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role
• Strong people management skills and ability to lead a small finance team
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and growing business environment
