We are hiring for our client, a long-established and highly respected financial services firm with a strong presence in Leinster. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their advisory team, servicing an existing client base while also developing new business opportunities.

This Financial Advisor role will focus on delivering holistic financial advice across retirement planning, pensions, investments, and protection products. The successful Financial Advisor will be supported by dedicated administration and will have the opportunity to build a substantial client book over a 4–5 year period.

The Role

As Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compliant financial advice while growing and maintaining long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing an existing client portfolio.

  • Building a robust pipeline through referrals, networking, and lead generation.

  • Conducting regular financial reviews and needs analysis with clients.

  • Advising on pensions, investments, retirement planning, and protection products.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and achieving agreed annual sales targets.

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client records on the CRM system.

  • Working closely with internal teams and external specialists.

  • Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and CPD requirements at all times.

The Person

The successful Financial Advisor will have:

  • QFA qualification (essential).

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Life & Pensions / Financial Advisory role, ideally within a broker environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong technical knowledge of financial products and the wider market.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused approach.

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

  • RPA, AIIPM, or CFP qualifications.
