FINANCE SOLICITOR (1-3YEARS PQE)- BELFAST (HYBRID WORKING)

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with a strong interest in banking and finance law to join a highly successful and expanding legal team. You’ll work closely with other finance teams across the network and have the chance to develop key client relationships in a client-facing role.

The Role:

• Assist in financing deals, including conducting company searches, drafting corporate authorisations and ancillary documents, drafting security and other transaction documents, and managing conditions precedent.

• Collaborate with other practice groups within the global network to provide high-quality legal services to clients.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Northern Ireland, or another common law jurisdiction (e.g., Republic of Ireland), with a willingness to requalify in England and Wales if required.

• 1-3 years PQE, with at least 6 months experience in Banking & Finance Law.
